Hospitality – Event Planning - Lessons

• Students will be introduced to and/or visit sites and venues used during the Hall of Fame Weekend

• Students will be introduced to all areas of volunteer service available and work closely with the Boxing Hall of Fame Chairpeople for each event

• Students will learn how lodging and travel arrangements are made

• Students will become familiar with the Banquet Facilities and the planning of the event

• Students will become aware of all events and venues of the weekend

• Students will work together with various vendors during the weekend

• Students will assist with the Parade of Champions and learn about the planning and implementation procedures involved
